Conducted legal research and due diligence for M&A transactions across various areas of law. Drafted a wide range of legal documents, including joint venture agreements, share sale agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and financing documents, covering corporate, land, and financing matters. Additionally, contributed to legal article writing.
