Playground is a investment company. It has a $300 million fund for the sole purpose of backing entrepreneurs envisioning the future of the connected world through software defined hardware. Playground provide design studio for the startups that invested by it. To provide world-class support services for these startups, Playground also install the equipment and facilities. For example, Machine Shop, Reliability Lab and Optics Lab. The founder also provide a small personal space that everyone can go there to have a rest or do work quietly. I like this idea! The amazing thing of Playground is it really have a playground inside for adult and children! We played it there. We met Android Founder, Andy Rubin there as well! It was an extremely excellent campus visit!

Campus Visit Autodesk San Francisco

Autodesk is a 3D-related software company. It has state of the art prototype and hardware. First of all, we went to Autodesk’s Pier 9 Workshop, a unique creative environment with a very impressive workshop. The reason Autodesk software company installed hardware in the campus is because Autodesk wants to enhance the customer experiences. This company tried the compatibility between its software with the advanced hardware before the customer ask. I impressed by the company’s attitude! We saw a lot of machine there. They were amazing. After that, we went to Autodesk Gallery. This place is astonished! Cool free gallery showcasing cool projects and products like 3D printed prototypes, interactive exhibits, and concept art for the movies. We also received a book related to design from the exhibitor. A very grateful thank you to Autodesk which gave me an unforgettable memory!
