Dolphin Tank Pitch

We had our Dolphin Tank Pitch. It was our big day to validate our effort throughout the week. Actually, Dolphin Tank Pitch is a event that is much less intimidating but just as real as the TV show Shark Tank. We were nervous because we needed to present our products to many great people but we did our best because we knew this is why we came to Silicon Valley. We cannot let all Malaysians down! I learned lots of things in this week. I thought I was “upgraded” through all programs in this week. We had a good day because we presented our product well. After pitching, Gigi announced the winners of the awards. Although my team didn’t win any awards but we still felt lucky to have this opportunity. We appreciate it very much. We also had our lunch at MDEC America. The food tantalize my taste buds and I ate twice! People that heard our presentation met us after pitching and told us their suggestion. I was jubilant because I had more ideas to add into my project! They were so kind and clever! Their suggestions enhance the product. I love Silicon Valley and its residents! They shared their experiences to us and I thought the experiences were very useful to me. I will visit Silicon Valley again in future.

Visit Make School

Make School is located in San Francisco. It is not so conspicuous because it looks like shop. Jeremy Rossmann is co-founded of Make School. We were greeted by him and he is so friendly. We had a whale of a time in Make School and heard the students presented their app and products. Make School volunteer to teach beginners coding basics and mentor entrepreneurs building companies. I thought this was a good idea as it lets lots people to connect with computer science in very young age.
